We couldn’t do what we do without our partners. Our foundation has found assistance and resources to complete projects by partnering with other foundations and organizations in the community. Working with Lake Cane Restoration Society, our foundation was able to learn the ins and outs of water maintenance through means of using test kits provided by Florida Lake Watch. a conservation program through the University of Florida.
Water Rangers, an organization located in Canada, has also trained our foundation on the use of a water kit created by Water Rangers. Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission has been a great resource to the Clear Lakes Foundation. This Commission is provided by and maintained by the state of Florida. Their job is to research and regulate Florida waterways. Through the assistance of FWC and the City of Orlando the Foundation is able to control weeds in Clear Lake and restock fish supplies, from grass eating carp to catfish, striped bass and many more fish species
Another partnership to Clear Lake Foundation is Applied Aquatic Management, a company that specializes in keeping waterways clear of top water and underwater excessive plant growths. They also monitor for algae that may be invasive or do harm to a water body.

If your organization has products or services that would benefit our foundation’s efforts to keep our lakes and canals clean and healthy, we’d love to hear from you.
